A Digital Art Edition is a downloadable artwork file that you purchase
once and print yourself. No physical item is shipped.

Which artwork ratios are included?

Digital Art Editions may include one or more of the following ratios:

• 2:3 Ratio

• 3:4 Ratio

• 4:5 Ratio

• ISO (A-Series)

• 11×14 Ratio

Ratios included vary by collection. Please refer to the individual product description for the exact file ratios included with your purchase.
What file format will I receive?

Artwork is supplied
as high-resolution PDF files prepared for professional-quality printing and
flexible sizing.

How do I receive my files?

Your files become available immediately after purchase through Shopify
Digital Downloads.

A download link is also sent to your email address.

I lost my download. What should I do?

Can I print at home?

Yes.

You may print at home if your printer supports the desired print size.

Can I use a professional print shop?

Yes.

Many customers choose local print shops or online printing services for
larger sizes.

What paper do you recommend?

For best results we recommend:

• Heavyweight matte paper

• Fine art paper

• Archival-quality paper

Are frames included?

No.

Frames shown in photographs are styling examples only.

Why do the artwork colours look slightly different when printed?

Colours may vary slightly between monitors, printers, inks and paper types.

This is normal and does not indicate a problem with the artwork file.

Can print quality vary between printers?

Yes.

Print quality may vary depending on printer capabilities, paper selection, ink quality and print settings.

Moments From The Wall supplies high-resolution artwork files but cannot guarantee results produced by third-party printers.

Who Is Responsible For Printing

printing.

Printing results may vary depending on:

For best results, we recommend professional printing services or
archival-quality materials.

How do I know which ratio to print?

Your download includes multiple ratios so you can choose the size that best
fits your frame.

The included Printing Guide explains which frame sizes correspond to each
ratio.

What software do I need to open the files?

Artwork is supplied as PDF files.

Most modern computers, tablets and smartphones can open PDF files using built-in software or free PDF readers.

Do I need to crop the artwork?

No.

Artwork files are prepared to fit the supported ratios without requiring
manual cropping.

How Quickly Will Customer Support Respond?

We aim to respond to customer enquiries within 1–3 business days.

Response times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or periods of unusually high enquiry volume.

Can I download my files more than once?

Yes.

Your download remains available through your purchase confirmation and
download access, subject to Shopify Digital Downloads availability.

How Long Should I Keep My Download Files?

We recommend downloading and safely backing up your files immediately after purchase.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of downloaded files.

Can I access my files on mobile devices?

Yes.

Download links can be accessed on most modern smartphones, tablets and
computers. For the best printing experience, we recommend downloading and
storing your files on a desktop or laptop computer.

How Do I Know My Files Were Delivered?

Digital Art Editions are delivered
automatically through Shopify Digital Downloads immediately after successful
payment.

A download link appears on the order
confirmation page and is also sent to the email address used during checkout.

Can I print the artwork multiple
times?

Yes.

You may print the
artwork multiple times for your own personal use, home display, or gifting
purposes. 

What Is Considered Personal Use?

Personal use includes:

• Printing for
  your own home
• Displaying
  artwork in your personal space
• Giving a
  printed copy as a gift

Personal use does not include:

• Reselling files
  
• Sharing files
  with others
• Uploading files
  online
• Commercial use
• Using artwork
  for business branding or products

Can I give a printed copy as a gift?

Yes.

Personal gifting is permitted.

Can I sell the artwork?

No.

Artwork may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or used
commercially.

Creating derivative works, modified versions, AI training datasets, or commercial products based on the artwork is also prohibited.

Can I upload the artwork online?

No.

Digital files may not be redistributed or shared publicly.

Who Owns The Copyright?

All artwork, designs, product images, written
content and branding remain the intellectual property of Moments From The Wall.

Purchasing a Digital Art Edition grants a
personal-use licence only and does not transfer copyright ownership.

Can Interior Designers Use The Artwork?

Yes.

Interior designers may purchase artwork for installation in client spaces, provided the artwork files are not redistributed, transferred, resold, or supplied to third parties.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital Art Editions are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Do I Have A Right To Cancel My Order?

Digital Art Editions are supplied as digital content and become available
immediately after purchase.

By completing a purchase, customers expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that cancellation rights may no longer apply once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

What if my files are damaged or
corrupted?

Verified file issues will be replaced at no additional cost.

What If I Purchased The Wrong Artwork?

Because Digital Art Editions are delivered
immediately after purchase, we encourage customers to review product details

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Are Payments Processed Securely?

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe and other supported payment providers using encrypted payment technology. Moments From The Wall does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Will existing Digital Art Editions remain available?

Yes.

While new collections may be introduced over time, Moments From The Wall
intends to maintain a carefully curated library of editorial artwork whenever
possible.

Will physical framed prints become
available?

Yes.

Selected physical editions may become available in future collection
releases.

Will wallpaper become available?

Yes.

Wallpaper
collections are currently being developed and will be introduced in future
releases.

Will you release additional
collections?

Yes.
