At Moments From The Wall, each collection is created with intentional care and a premium editorial approach.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital art edition sales are final and non-refundable once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to read the product description before purchase.

If you experience any issue accessing your files, please contact us at hello@momentsfromthewall.com and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For future physical products including framed prints, wallpaper, and home decor items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

Eligible issues may qualify for:

- replacement
- exchange
- refund (at our discretion after review)

Because many products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- incorrect sizing selections
- personal preference after delivery

SHIPPING ISSUES

Moments From The Wall is not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs
- carrier disruptions
- incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
