DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital art editions are delivered electronically.
After purchase, customers will receive access to download files directly from the order confirmation page and/or email delivery system.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Future physical products including framed prints, wallpaper, and home decor items are made-to-order with production partners.
Estimated production times may vary depending on product type and seasonal demand.
Estimated delivery windows:
Most orders:
Production: 1–5 business days
Shipping: 3–14 business days
Large wallpaper orders, international shipments, and seasonal periods may require additional processing time.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Production and shipping times may be longer during peak seasonal periods, holidays, severe weather events, or carrier disruptions/delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers may be responsible for:
- customs fees
- import duties
- local taxes
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Moments From The Wall.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Moments From The Wall is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
