Which sizes and options are available?

Available sizes and framing options depend on the product and current availability. Please check the options displayed on this product page before placing your order. Only options available for purchase through our store can be selected.

What is the difference between the Print and the Framed Print?

The Print is supplied unframed, giving you the freedom to choose your own frame. The Framed Print arrives with the artwork fitted inside its frame, complete with a hanging kit and ready to hang.

What materials are used?

Our prints are produced using 12-colour giclée printing on smooth matte, FSC-certified paper weighing 200 gsm (80 lb).

The Framed Print features a wooden frame and a clear, shatterproof plexiglass front. Both editions are designed to let the artwork take centre stage, whether displayed unframed or within a frame.

Does the Framed Print arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Our Framed Print arrives with the artwork fitted inside the frame and a hanging kit included, ready to hang on your wall. No assembly is required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is made to order. Our estimated delivery time frame is 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed, including production and shipping.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the selected product, size, destination and available shipping service. Some destinations may take longer than others, and additional delays may occasionally occur due to peak shopping periods, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections or clearance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Will the colours look exactly as they do on my screen?

Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print because of differences in display settings, materials and printing. Product images are intended as a guide to the finished artwork.

Which countries do you currently ship to?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We're keeping our delivery destinations limited while we prepare to expand. Other countries are not available for delivery at this time.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer rights.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

For qualifying UK online purchases, you generally have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the item. Cancellation and change-of-mind rights vary in other destinations. Where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. Some exceptions apply. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import charges?

Depending on your delivery destination and the circumstances of your order, additional charges may apply, including import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, customs-clearance or brokerage fees, and carrier handling charges. These charges are separate from our product price and free-shipping offer.

Where payable by the recipient, these charges are the customer's responsibility unless they have already been collected at checkout or applicable law provides otherwise.
